BEYKOZ KORU SOCIAL FACILITY

Abraham Grove, also called Beykoz Grove, is one of Bogazici’s largest groves, stretching from the ridges between Beykoz and Pasabahce to Riva. On the grove today, there are two big caves, five lakes, and one ruined palace. With its outdoor space and restaurant, the facility has been serving up to 1000 people at a time since 2006. It also hosts a variety of festivities and organizations, including weddings, engagements, business meetings, and iftar feasts.

Koru Veal Fillet and Koru Crepe are two of the facility’s specialties.

CIHANGIR SOCIAL FACILITY

The facility welcomes its guests with a magnificent Bosporus perspective, having been built as a wooden building in connection with nature, located near Tophane-i Amire (a historic edifice used in cannon production). From this facility with a panoramic view of Istanbul, you can see the Historical Peninsula, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and The Blue Mosque, Galata Tower; and Kadikoy, Uskudar, Maiden’s Tower, and Camlica Hill on the Anatolian side. The facility’s appearance, which includes vestiges of Ottoman architecture, draws attention.

DRAGOS SOCIAL FACILITY

The facility, which opened to service in 2007 on the shore of Dragos Hill in Kartal, is located directly across the Marmara Islands, also known as the Prince Islands. With its outdoor areas and restaurant, it can accommodate up to 422 people at once.

FETHIPASA SOCIAL FACILITY

From the slopes of Sultantepe district on the Anatolian side of the Bosporus, overlooking the Bosporus, to Kuzguncuk Hill and Pasalimani, the Historical Fethi Pasha Grove stretches. The pavilion, which once housed Turkish literature poet and philosopher Cemil Meric in a lush grove with hundreds of plant and tree species, now serves as a restaurant with a view of the Bosporus, known as Fethipasa Social Facility.

Fethipasa Special (Grilled Veal Fillet with Tomato Sauce and Cheese) and Seabass on Skewers are two of the facility’s specialties.

The resort is located in a big forest in Yesilkoy beachfront, right next to the ocean where blue and green meet. There are three cafeterias in the facility: Sahin Hill, Sahil Café, and Bahar Café, in addition to a restaurant. Gozdagi Grove, one of Istanbul’s hidden gems, is among the city’s later-discovered hills, with views of the Marmara Sea, Yalova, and Prince Islands. The façade and a large portion of the interior of the Halic Social Facility are created in the Balat architectural style of Turkish architecture using wood, and it can accommodate up to 340 people at a time with outdoor areas and a café. The facility, which is located in a historically significant neighborhood, allows visitors to see Galata Tower, Halic Shipyard, and Kasimpasa Port, three of Istanbul’s most iconic icons.

ISTINYE SOCIAL FACILITY

Istinye Social Facility, which is located in Sariyer, one of Istanbul’s most attractive districts, provides service for up to 200 people concurrently through its outdoor space and restaurant. It is regarded as one of Istanbul’s top restaurants, with a menu featuring the most unique Turkish specialties. MALTA KIOSK

Sultan Abdulaziz built the kiosk, which is located within Yildiz Park, in 1871. Despite the fact that the architect is unknown, it is considered to be Italian architect Fossati. On the front, one of the palace’s two huge ponds may be located. Beltur has been using Malta Kiosk for food and beverage services since 1997. The guests are mostly served a variety of Imperial Ottoman Cuisine flavors.

CADIR KIOSK
Cadir Kiosk was built in Yildiz Park in 1871 during Sultan Abdulaziz’s reign, and it was designed with a Neo-Classical, Neo-Islamic, or Neo-Ottoman architectural concept in mind. The building’s architects are known to be the Sarkis Balyan brothers. The structure is situated on the Bosporus’s western bank. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality took over the operation of the kiosks in 1995 and opened them for service when the restoration work was completed.

SARI KOSK (YELLOW PAVILION)

Sari Kosk (“Yellow Pavilion”), one of the three pavilions in Emirgan Grove, is significant because it served as a dwelling for Ottoman Empire bureaucrats throughout the 17th century.

Sari Kosk was designed in the style of a cottage, and its organizational scheme of gathering around a table has remained unchanged for many years, in keeping with Turkish tradition. For many years, the pavilion was utilized as a hunter’s lodge, picnic and leisure house, and a guest pavilion by its previous owners.Meftune (Lamb Stew with Eggplant), Chicken with Walnuts and Crispy Dough, Lamb Cooked in Small Saucepan are some of the facility’s specialties. BEYAZ KOSK (WHITE PAVILION)

One of the three pavilions within Emirgan Grove is Beyaz Kosk (“White Pavilion”), which is located in an impressive portion of the Bosporus. The other pavilions were made of wood; however, Beyaz Kosk was made of stones and is one-third the size of the others. Only the café is available at Beyaz Kosk.

PEMBE KOSK (PINK PAVILION)

Pembe Kosk (Pink Pavilion) is a two-story building that reflects the entire Ottoman home form, with its outside composed of wood and painted in geranium pink to match its name. The protocol door, the main door, and the personnel door are the three doors that lead to Pembe Kosk. Only the café is available at Pembe Kosk.

Beltur A.S., a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality since 1995, manages the three pavilions in Emirgan Grove (Sari Kosk, Beyaz Kosk, and Pembe Kosk).

Yellow Kiosk operates a cafeteria and restaurant. At Beyaz Kiosk and Pembe Kiosk, only cafeteria service is available.

KUCUK CAMLICA KIOSKS & SU KIOSK

Sofa, Cihannuma, and Topkapi Kiosks, which are located in Camlica Grove, are examples of exquisite Ottoman architecture combined with a modern aesthetics. Its panorama begins in Kartal and extends to Kadikoy, Eminonu, Uskudar, and Besiktas. In addition to these kiosks, Su Kiosk, which is also located in Camlica Grove, provides service with its cafeteria cuisine, pool, and waterfall during the summer months. On weekdays and weekends, the kiosks offer a cafeteria-style service.

KIRKAHVESI

The Yildiz Park kiosk, known as Nezih Kiosk, is located on the left side of the park’s entrance. It was created in Sultan Abdulaziz’s direction by Sarkis Balyan and his brothers as a decoration for the palace garden. In front of the kiosk is one of Yildiz Palace’s two big pools. BELTUR A.S. has been providing cafeteria services in the kiosk since 1997.

MINIATURK

Kultur A.S. operates Miniaturk, which has the world’s largest model area and is located on the Golden Horn’s coast.

Beltur A.S.’s restaurant and café in Miniaturk Park conducts a variety of receptions. Beltur A.S.
